Happy 2023! Let’s hit the ground running with our first Run Walk event for the year—->Run, Walk, Crawl! Catch us at Emancipation Park on January 28th at 6:30am where we’ll be getting fit, having fun, and enjoying fellowship. Bring your drinks, snacks and more so that you stay hydrated and energized!

About The Event
We kick off at 6:30 AM
Parking is limited, so ensure to arrive as early as possible to secure your spot.
If you're interested in attending, please RSVP. It is desired but not mandatory.
Join us for the Run Walk Crawl 2023 at Emancipation Park in Kingston, Jamaica on Saturday September 28th. This event is open to all ages and abilities and is a great opportunity to get active, meet new people and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Emancipation Park.
The event will start at 6:30am and will run until 8:30am. Participants can choose to run, walk or even crawl if they prefer! The event is a great way to get some exercise and have fun while doing it. There will be activities and games to participate in, as well as a chance to fellowship with other attendees.
Important Guidelines:
- Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for running or walking.
- Bring your own hydration and snacks.
- Be respectful of other park users and follow all park rules and regulations.
- Stay in designated running or walking areas and do not stray off the path.
- Use caution when crossing roads and intersections.
- Do not litter or damage park property.
- If you feel unwell or injured, please stop and seek medical attention.
- Have fun and enjoy the event!
